SHIPPING-- ActionBent is a direct importer/manufacturer, not a retailer or "Drop-Ship" house; you can be assured that any bike
offered here that is in stock will be shipped to you within 5 business days. Washington State residents will  pay 9.0% sales tax.
If a bike is not currently in stock, but a new shipment is underway from the factory to ActionBent, both that fact,and the extra wait
time involved, will be communicated to you clearly.

Shipping is FREE for Bikes, Trikes, trailers, and trainers to the lower 48 US
states.
For Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii orders, a small shipping charge will be added reflecting only the ADDITIONAL cost of shipping there,
not the full cost of shipping.  Shipping charges will be removed for any accessories ordered at the same time as a bike  that can be
packed in the bike box. Small accessories ordered alone may incur shipping charges, but in no case will ActionBent ever charge
more than actual shipping cost. No 'Handling' charges. Canadian customers will be responsible for any customs/brokerage fees.

methods.

We are NOT a retail store and are in a residential location -- PLEASE do NOT visit us without scheduling an
appointment first!
RETURNS -- We will work with you to replace components found defective or damaged upon shipping as soon as possible, usually
without requiring you to return damaged parts to us. Non-defective items returned within 30 days  will be subject to a  10% restocking
fee, but you will not be charged if the returned item is in good shape.  Buyer will pay shipping to us.
